Problem
Seasonal crews are found through scattered messages, with no record of skill or pay.
Module
Seasonal labour
Find local workers by skill, distance and harvest time. Forecast labour need from the planted area.
Solution
A skills profile and availability calendar, a job request from the farmer, and a rating after settlement. A cooperative can register on a member’s behalf.
- 1
List skills and free days.
- 2
Accept a request with wage and place.
- 3
Rate each other after the job.
