Is the crop recommendation mandatory?
No. The card supports a decision. If a farmer still plants the saturated crop, the national map simply records it and later sales get harder.
What does 20 kg per tonne mean?
Each verified tonne issues 20 kilograms of surplus-export right into a token wallet. The token expires and names a delivery point.
Is SMS sign-in live on this website?
No. This build is a preview. Any 4-digit code is accepted and the account stays in this browser. The operational path connects to SMS and USSD later.
Where does the data live?
In this version, sign-up details and desks stay in your browser, and the contact form is not stored on a server. A national release needs in-country hosting and tiered access.
Can a cooperative register a farmer?
Yes. The designed path includes cooperative-assisted registration so someone without a smartphone can enter by SMS, USSD or the cooperative desk.
How does government access open?
An organisational email, an introduction letter and a national or provincial role. After a person approves it, two-factor sign-in and a separate access tier turn on.
Does pest diagnosis replace an expert?
No. The output is a likely diagnosis with a confidence score and a pre-harvest reminder. Spraying should follow the legal label and, when needed, a plant clinic.
Are the fees final?
No. The table is a proposed pilot schedule, not an issued tariff.
